You?ll be responsible for helping develop an enthusiastic and professional sales team in your particular store and assisting the District Manager with performance evaluations and employee motivation. Other tasks include promoting superior customer service; maintaining merchandising and operations standards; meeting and exceeding service activation, accessory sales and enhanced services goals. Coach, develop and prepare sales team to meet and exceed defined sales, retention, quality, and service objectives. Design and implement initiatives and methods/procedures that will drive customer perception of our company as the market leader in the wireless industry.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years retail sales/marketing environment preferred.
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proven leadership ability and knowledge of wireless industry desired.
- Previous experience in developing and coaching a high performance team.
- Proven success in customer resolution/satisfaction is required.
- Demonstrated successful sales experience exceeding quota required.
- Current billing and POS Systems knowledge required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products/services and methods/procedures.
- Proficiency in using multiple computer-based systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong sales and sales management skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organized individual.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communications skills.
