We seek an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Retail Sales Assistant Manager. The Retail Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Retail Sales Manager in achieving monthly goals as well as overseeing sales force performance including generating sales inside our Telscape Stores and Kiosks, with a dynamic high energy setting to ensure both, profitability and that our customers are serviced in a correct and efficient manner. Duties include managing day to day store operations, adherence to company policies and procedures, coaching Supervisors and Sales Associates to enhance their selling skills. Serve as Store Manager when Manager is absent. Key functions also include organizing and participating in special events as trade shows, fairs and branding events.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience, including prior retail management track record. The Retail Sales Assistant Manager will also have experience in telecommunications, customer service, and leading a group of individuals in a sales environment. This position requires working on weekends, when most of the sales take place, and a flexibility to work different shifts throughout the week. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Candidates with a Bachelors degree will have preference.

? B.S. of Business or related field, highly desirable
? Prior retail experience and also in telecommunications would be ideal
? Fluent in Spanish; conversational in English
? Computer proficiency in Windows 2000, MSOffice and web-based applications, Outlook
? Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
? Able to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints
